WOW!!! Not What I Expected!

Not what I expected from a military storyline. Love my military stories BUT this storyline just blew me away!!! Loved this sci-fi mixed in with present-day events, action-packed, emotional and loving. This is a MUST read. Off now to continue this exciting story with book 2 “Knight of Destruction”

AMAZING- LOVED every minute of this book!

Wowzza! What an AMAZING book! I enjoyed reading this book from start to finish. I did not want to put it down. I can not wait to read more from this amazing author. Murder and Mystery!-Wonderful.

Justifiable Homicide by Gerald Darnell made me enjoy my leisure time and I love this tale. Gerald has his own unique way of revealing the mystery and I love how this one has been composed. This was a very engaging and mind gripping read for me. Combined with murder and mystery the tales runs through an investigation making the reader feel the heat and depth of it. Well developed characters which are included contributions to the main plot and I recommend this narration for others as well.

E. Kay has written an excellent debut novel. The story is detailed and interesting and moves at just the right pace. The characters are well written and filled out. A different and very good book, the kind that makes you look forward to the next one.

Short, but worth the read

The worst part of this book? It is too short. Just as we have been getting things developed in the characters, the locations, the relationships, the author cuts off the story. Much like a Saturday Matinee… See you next week!! Uggg…

The story is basic Zombie Outbreak with introductions to the main characters, the history of the area and what is happening now. Add a few standard plot devices and viola, instant story. Now, this isn’t to say it’s like all the others, there is enough to make it fresh and worth the time to read. I am sure to pick up any and all books in the series as they become published.

Wow, Just WOW!

This was the first book in the Soldiers of Destruction series, and we get introduced to Eve, a cyborg soldier- a deadly part-human, part-machine who wants to remember her human side. What results is a rich backstory a solid character study of this woman, and at the centre of it all, a beautiful, tragic love story. I am not a crier, but it is extremely emotional, so if you are, you will certainly need the tissues for this one. A powerful read. 5 stars.
