Unique spin – love it!
This is not what I normally think of when I think of a “shifter” book. This is unlike any other shifter book I’ve read. It’s unique in the way it handles the mating/love story. I am glad to see that. I like that the author broke the mold. I would recommend it to anyone. It’s a great book and has a unique spin in the shifter genre.

Calling on an ultimate right of his position, he calls for a mate!
There is an answer…a child is needed to carry on…to fulfill his life…He is loath to use his position this way, but he has felt her siren’s call…one that she didn’t know she had.
Rose…Married to one, answers the call…will she mate with the other? Time will tell…but, the pack needs healing…can she pull it off? Will he finally be included? And not just smell the food, and hear the laughter, but partake of both?
Will there be a happily ever after? Time will tell.
I can’t wait for the next book!

A unique story about shapeshifters
I love books on shapeshifters, among other genre’s and this one had a unique spin to it.
The characters were all believable and remarkable on their own.
Barnard’s storyline was amazing and kept me reading; I had a hard time putting this book down.
Without spoiling the story, the ending was a roller coaster of emotions.
I highly recommend this book, even if you do not read books about shapeshifters.

This short story is a good startup to the Charming series written by Ms. Lawrencovna. It’s easy to read and introduces the characters. Kit, a prince whose father wants him married, hasn’t found a bride. Many balls have been arranged and then he meets someone unexpected. But if you think this is going to be a typical fairy tale, think again.
Very well written.

Well Done! Well crafted.
A nicely paced short story that sets a scene in the life of a prince (a ball designed to find him a wife), throws in a little intrigue, some great characterizations, and a bit of action, gets you interested in the wider world this all takes place in, and then it wraps up tidily without the cliffhanger that one might expect from an introduction to a series. All in one short story. Well Done!
…. The First Ball is a well crafted short story that has me seriously considering the rest of Andi Lawrencovna’s books, even though they are out of my normal comfort zone (rocket ships and ray guns). That is an accomplishment. Give this one a read. :>

There once was a castle in the woods, claimed by a terrible Beast…
I was a simple girl, living a simple life of clothes and needles, never seeking adventure, glad to dress those who did. But the world is full of magic, and spells never let rest those caught in their thorns.
A rose by any other name…
The tattoo on my hand was dying, the petals falling faster and faster. All because of the curse within the trees, and those held in its thrall threatening to break free.
What would you give up to save those you love most? What would you risk facing in the Darkness of the Woods?
My name is Amarice. And this is my Tale.
So Sweet
Who but a Beauty can Judge a Beast?

Fantastic story!
I really enjoyed all of the characters and the beautiful way the story unfolded. I love her world building. The way the story grabs you and drags You into the book! It was great! I look forward to reading more!
