WAS I SURPRISED

I am a historical researcher and never ever read Romance or Science Fiction for pleasure – never that is until I downloaded the book thinking it was just another Western.

It turned out to be both. It’s well written with many twists and turns, factual time period descriptions, and a most enjoyable storyline. I’ll be purchasing the books remaining in the Wilderness Series.

An interesting take on a dystopian world that drew me in from the first chapter. The main characters are fleshed out so well that we follow their exploits with great interest. The details we are given about their lives, their thoughts, and their feelings make them real for the reader, and that’s exactly what I look for in a book.
The story itself is complicated but intriguing, keeping me glued to the pages to find out what happens next. I won’t give anything away, but let’s just say that I am rooting for the albino! If Book Two is half as good as this one, it will be a wonderful adventure indeed.

This book is not that long and will keep you enthralled and reading until the end!

This is a fairy tale type book-except the woman saves the prince! And the woman, Sarah is a time traveler from the future–the prince is the much hated third son of his father, the King. He is thrown into an enemies dungeon, and Sarah has to rescue him! This book is not that long and will keep you enthralled and reading until the end!

But don’t stop there–Please read the Dedication at the end–it is beautiful and obviously written from the heart!

Easily a 5 Star Read!

I read… A LOT and I must say this quiet, seemingly unassuming little tale turned out to be one of the most emotionally engaging stories that I have read in a very long time. I honestly wish that I could give this story more than 5 Stars.

A tale about two wounded souls brought together and redeemed through the clan’s Alpha exercising His Prerogative! Samuel is my kind of Alpha Male shifter hero! He’s disliked and feared by his own people, but he doesn’t let that deter him from his ultimate goal; doing what’s best for his band of shifters. And yet, he’s clever enough to find a way to protect the most vulnerable while still getting his heart’s desire. Wild Rose is an amazing character, and I adored the way she grew into her role as Den Mother to the clan, healed Samuel and continued to grow as a woman. The growth (individually & and as a couple) that we see in this book was pure joy to read!

The connection between Samuel and Rose sizzles! The huge cast of characters are well developed and make the reader want to know more about them. In fact, my only complaint about this story, I’d like to know more about what went before.

Loved this book!

What an ending to a great story! While there are a few things about The Prince that I didn’t care for, the book is an absolute must-read. Emotions run that gamut in this last book about Kit and Eli. From love and loss to desperation and anguish, to anger and heartbreak. It’s all there. The reader feels it! One of my few suggestions, or criticisms, would be that, while that actual villain didn’t come as a real surprise to me, he should have paid a lot more dearly in the form of some sort of public display! Also, she uses a little bit of language in this one book that is really unnecessary, in my opinion. But neither of these really affects whether or not I would recommend this book or the entire series to anyone!

Lawrencovna’s characters are well developed and personal. I truly love her writing style. All three books are emotional, and you really feel for her characters. But this last one was something else. Yes, I did cry…more than once, but it’s a perfect ending to a well written re-imagined telling of Ella and Prince Charming. I’ll be looking forward to reading more from Lawrencovna!

He must now test his abilities to save the abandoned children that live there. Will Griffin rescue the children of the Underground from a tragic end? Griffin goes through the Guild faction and escapes when a fire takes place. Tassia goes on a raid on a Guild faction warehouse and they meet up. Penn practically kidnapped griffin and they learn interesting things about him.

Not many authors can hold your attention from the first in a series to the second. This author has done just that. I’m used to stories with many characters, and this one will keep you wanting more. I was gifted both #2 and #3 in the series, and just like #1, I couldn’t wait to start the next. Kudos to Knight!
