Cinderella 7
Super Fantastic!
My heart bleeds for the Indians! I wish I had lived in the time period when there were peaceful tribes, and the white man stayed in their own backyard.
It shames me to be white, although I’m also Irish, German, and a tad of Indian. My husband is part Cherokee, he looks Indian. It is a horrible thing what the white men did, greed, and ignorance along with prejudices and thinking they were better than anyone else is what caused all the hatred and Indian wars.
I love these stories and can hardly wait for the fifth book! Please, Pamela when will it be out? Wonderful job with this series!

Great short story with a unique twist.
If you are a fan of the twilight zone, you need to pick up the many books by Michael Bussa. He is a storyteller with a mind that is a bit twisted but in a delightful way. Step into ‘Antiques by Lora’ a special gift shop. That’s what Tony Price did, and now his life will never be the same. The author takes readers on a great journey into the macabre in such a great story with a fantastic twisted ending. As always, grabbing a book by this author is like settling down and telling horror stories in front of a raging fire with an old friend and always well worth that trip.

5 glowing stars from me!

Grab this book and join in the mystery, you’ll be glad you did.
The author takes murder, mystery and a bit of romance on a fun, adventurous ride. Rhonnie Patterson finds her world turned upside down when her brother Bo is killed with her right there. Rhonnie is joined by Detective Jeff Gibbons and an old friend Brian, The latter was once a counselor at a school attended by Rhonnie and her brother. As the plot twists, Rhonnie finds the old adage of keeping your friends close and your enemies closer words to live by in this twisted thriller with a conspiracy slant from Bo’s past that wreaks havoc in the present. The author, Karen Vaughan writes in a flowing, reader-friendly style in not only this novel but in all her others as well.

Love at first sight, the BIG and REAL one, happens occasionally but if it does, it’s spectacular. However, the relationship with the true soul mate or twin flame isn’t easy, requires sacrifices and sometimes even inflicts pain. On one hand, perfect couples deal with overwhelming joy, on the other hand with doubt, worry, remorse and fear. Carol and Richard, the main characters in Blue Lake, initially sharing a strong connection, have to face the hidden, dark side of love as well and fight together for their future.
Despite being a down-to-earth person, I got carried along with this novel. I suppose it’s a matter of the cast, great and versatile setting and emotional charge. Even stone-cold readers like me would need some tissues to get through the Blue Lake, and it’s absolutely fine–it feels good to realize there is love out there. And it conquers all.

Authentic and moving fantasy tale
An authentic and moving friendship develops between a dragon and an octopus in this beautifully crafted tale for all ages. Arak the dragon is a dreamer and adventurer. Scree, the curious octopus, is a healer willing to rick it all to help those in need. My 10-year-old bookworm daughter (who is quite a discerning reader and not often lavish with her praise!) says, “The story’s fabulous!” and I fully agree. This is a story to dive into, literally, because there’s so much more to this tale than meets the eye.
Author J. S. Burke brings the undersea world to dazzling life, using her background in marine biology to salt her world-building with just the right amount of authentic and fascinating detail. As someone who grew up beside the ocean, I can attest to that! Further, she tells a gripping yarn. While the story at its surface level follows the unfolding of friendship and cooperation of a most unusual kind between two different species, there is tension well sustained throughout and wonderfully imaginative descriptions of octopus and dragon art forms and dance, accompanied by a flawless depth and growth of the main and supporting characters in the tale.
The art of this tale for me lies in how the author brings these disparate threads together while never allowing the narrative pace to slacken. Engrossing, uplifting and superbly crafted, this book is a keeper. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
