Wonderful second book in the G.O.D.s series

You really get to know and love Griffin Storm in the first book of the series, ‘Blood Master.’ His fight continues in ‘Blood Phase.’ The Great War has left a world divided. Like all good suspense stories, there’s good and evil. In this case, the Brotherhood and the Guild Faction.
Griffin is learning more about his unusual powers and how to control them. His feelings for Tassta are intensifying, but their relationship is challenged as Griffin battles a myriad of emotions.
The unwavering love from Tassta and friendship from Penn is needed to give Griffin the strength to rescue the children before they’re taken back to the Guild Faction.
This book follows on beautifully from the first in the series. The Descriptive characters, imaginative storyline, heart-pumping action, and passionate love story, make it a must-read.

Journey into Toyland

Having read all these poems they are varied as they are profoundly enhanced by wonderful illustrations, pictures, and poems in a swirl of rainbow colours. I Loved this book.
I would treasure this and other books by Judy Mastralango in hardback as a special gift to grandchildren.

Amazingly good series

The much-anticipated sequel to Viral Dawn is here! And it was sooo worth the wait! This is such an amazing series. I could see it being a tv series or movies, they are so well written. The characters are so well written that you get so invested in them and their stories.
I could not put this book down. I read it straight through in one sitting, it sucks you in and you have to know what’s going to happen next. Casey is such a strong character. She’s been put through the wringer but still manages to rise up and keep pushing through. I love that in this one you also get other characters POV.
I would recommend this series to anyone who loves a good zombie book. It’s labeled as YA but honestly, adults would love it too. Book 3 can not come soon enough!

Another Magnificent Carson Reno caper!

As a big fan of Darnell, I absolutely love the Carson Reno series. Each story can be read independently, but each story is worth the read! Another interesting case drops in Reno’s lap, and it is more than just what it seems at first. This author brings the stories to life. There is a great chemistry between the cast of characters and a depth that makes them realistic and flawed. Reno soon finds out that his missing persons’ case is more than typical. The clues, the twists and turns, and its ups and downs, The Innocent Stranger is a magnificent read. The thrills and intrigue is written clearly and the characterizations are engrossing. Love this story. It is always a joy to read this author’s stories and the reader is always brought on a bumpy and intriguing journey. The author’s technique of intense characters and great plotlines is a gift. I like the addition of the graphics, and how Reno tells his own story and his perceptions of what is going on. He has quite a band of friends that keeps the story moving. I look forward to reading many more stories by this author. This book is a definite recommendation by Amy’s Bookshelf Reviews.

Trouble ahead

A Must Read! Desiree, you are a very talented writer in the shifter aspect, and you bring the heat of passion as well. I enjoyed Bret and Nikki and the trials they go through to be together when only just meeting.
Nikki has suffered enough and has decided to run from her abusive husband, but she doesn’t get far. Bret the owner of the bar Nikki runs into and uses the phone saves her, and now she is his to protect no matter what. Nikki didn’t know that calling her friend Sam would bring her to Bret for his help. Nikki is no stranger to the shifter community as her friend Sam is one, and she grew up around them. So Bret being a bear isn’t gonna shock her but putting them in danger has her frightened that her husband may kill the ones she loves because he already killed her brother for trying to help her.
Nikki is attracted to Bret but scared that she still may get hurt but deep down knows he will protect. Bret will protect Nikki and will make her his. Will these two find a happy ending?
Desiree, these series are great thus far. Shifters are my top read whenever possible. Your writing flows and keeps the reader interested, and you write in my favorite style both P.O.V of the main characters. You give us every feeling that the characters go through and the passion behind it, thank you. Until book 3.

First time I listened to this story was in the Christmas Treasures short story collection and I was not disappointed. Angela has a great way of building characters that are very relatable with strong females and this book is no exception. She leaves you turning pages waiting and hoping and hooks you in. I’ve read all her work and looking forward to even more!

I can’t get enough of Lawrencovna’s books.

I can’t stop reading Lawrencovna’s books. She has a way with her writing style that makes you feel like you’re right there with the characters. You’ll feel sympathy for the children in this book and wish you could be there to help.
Her story will keep you reading until the amazing end.
I highly recommend this and all books by Andi Lawrencovna.
