Going into this story after reading the blurb I went into the story expecting one thing, but what I got was completely different! This story was wonderfully written and touched on a subject that is not talked about very often. It was like a breath of fresh air, and I absolutely loved it! There was a twist I just didn’t see coming!
The characters within the story were all great. I loved how they were not perfect, And that they all seemed to have a little secret, I really want to find out what each of their secrets are! Nate and Natalie were a great couple. I really liked how Natalie was so supportive of Nate. The book had many laugh out loud moments for me which was great! I love a book that can make me laugh. It was also quite emotional, made me tear up a couple of times. I could feel Nate’s anxiety through the book, I just wanted to reach inside and tell him that everything was going to be ok!
The book had a very in-depth look into the MMA world. I could see that the author really researched this subject, I may have learned a thing or two myself about the industry. I also really loved that the cover model has a story of his own to tell! I really loved that he is on the cover of this fantastic book.
You shouldn’t feel a need to hide who you are, and this story gives hope to others who may find themselves in similar situations. This is a beautiful story of finding your way and finding that person who will be with you through thick and thin, they are always by your side and loving you unconditionally. I can’t wait to read the stories that will come next in this series.

Tori Farrell has lived an incredible life. Raised by a Motorcycle Gang, trained to be an assassin, and a target of the FBI, having a normal life became an obsession. Taking her place in her brother’s band, she refused to let her dark and dangerous past force her to remain in hiding. The only problem with that was, some knew who she was in her former life.
The halfway house burned to the ground and her friends in imminent danger, it is time for Tori to take a stand. Surrounding herself with the strongest and darkest men that she can trust, she sets out on the greatest adventure of her life: to bring The Organization to their knees. Will they make it through the maze of lies and deceit? Will the FBI turn out to be friend or foe? And most importantly, will they all survive, as Tori makes her push to be avenged…

What a Long, Strange Ride It’s Been
By Backstage Blogs
The final book of a seven book series, and what a long, strange ride it has been. I really had no idea what I was getting into when I picked up the first book in the series in January, but this has been a very intense, interesting, twisting and turning, jaw-dropping journey from book one through the last page of book seven.
The title is Avenged, it is the end of the series – you simply know that s&%t is going to get real for this final installment, and it certainly does. Tori and her ragtag group are going to settle things once and for all, and it is quite an all-out melee.
The FBI – we finally get to see exactly who is playing on what team, and under whose direction. This has been the most compelling underlying storyline for me probably from book one. Seeing how this one falls into line is what I have been waiting for.
Tori’s Men – who is going to make it out alive becomes the most important question, at the crux of things more than who means the most to her. Everyone knows the risks..will it be worth it in the end?
The **bleeping** Organization – finally have all of the missing pieces come together on this mysterious bunch? Can Tori possibly take on something this big?
Tori’s big surprise – I had figured it out in the last book, but how long is it going to take her to see, and what will it mean for this story? How much will this interfere with what she needs to get done?
As always, well crafted, action-packed, well written and edited, it is all perhaps most important in this final book that it all comes together, flows, and brings closure. Ms. Jacobey gets excellent marks on all of the above.
Again, for mature audiences only. For explicit violence and sexual situations. I did receive a complimentary copy of this book for review.

Fabulous time machine to childhood.
Marta Moran Bishop’s book Innocence and Wonder takes you to a clean and innocent world where everything is funny and positive. The talented writer put the best of her soul and experience in her wonderful poems.
Her poems tell of the children’s world, full of observations and discoveries in the field of animal, insect and plant life. So, funny poems tell of worms, bees, clever cats and dogs. Poems also tell of the phenomena of nature, such as rain and rainbow, describing them in a charmingly wonderful children’s perception.
Marta Moran Bishop’s poetry gives a unique opportunity to see the world through the eyes of an innocent child. I am convinced that in Marta still lives an inquisitive little girl who is interested in everything.
The illustrations are done in black and white and look very cute. I really enjoyed this book. It reminded me of my own childhood when I was just starting to explore the world, and it was so amazing!
Marta Moran Bishop’s book is uniquely designed for children’s reading, but it will also bring joy and pleasure to adults. Adults will have a unique opportunity to take a fabulous time machine and travel back to many years ago in their carefree and wonderful childhood.
