Carley Brennan is a bright young woman who falls in love all too quickly with any man who treats her well. She had many boyfriends in high school. But when she gets pregnant at seventeen, she is bound and determined to make a life for her and her new baby, Rina. Carley decides to live with her parents while she attends night classes at the local high school. Her parents support her pursuit to get a better education.
