There is an ancient story, of a sorceress who lived deep within the waters of an enchanted lake and guarded with her presence a sword which Destiny had decreed would be used for the salvation of mankind, or for its downfall.
But the sword did not always live in the Waters…
And before it was struck in stone to await its fated bearer, the sorceress and her prince imbued the blade with its magic and its fortitude.
In the kingdom of Gouldaria, those without magic are the lowest of casts one can fall in, unless you are a Soul Eater, and then you are worse by far.
Valislava never used her magic to steal a soul. She has kept herself hidden, allowed herself to be shunned, lived in exile, all but for the love of the one man who she couldn’t have.
Prince Talyessin always knew who and what his Isla was, and he loved her still. But love was a meaningless thing when war threatened to tear them apart.

Beautiful addition to the Never Lands Saga

Andi Lawrencovna writes such beautiful books, they’re almost like reading poetry. Forevermore is no exception. With a dark, romantic story, and a high-stakes adventure, Ms. Lawrencovna has added another beautiful addition to the Never Lands Saga. I’d definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves fantasy books.

PS It really isn’t necessary to read the other Never Lands books, as Forevermore can definitely be read as a standalone novel.

If you’re tired of the same run of the mill romances then this one is certainly right up your alley. You won’t wind up with a huge drama that leaves you waiting for the happy ending. Rather, this romance is a lot more real to life than you can imagine. The characters are loveable, even with some of their eccentric behaviors, which is something that I especially enjoyed about the book. I also got a kick out of the humor that the author brought to the table. If you love romance stories but aren’t eager for the erotic elements that many novels have now-a-days, then this is right up your alley.
I read this book was taken from a screen play, which might be one of the main reasons it stood out to me. Of course…

There are things I like about this novel and things I don’t. I read the authors previous 4 series and read them multiple times. I loved them. I had expected to love this one too. The action scenes and plotting were good but some characters I did not like. I did not find the “Golden Girls” to be funny. If men of any age showed the disrespect for boundaries that they did most women would be deeply offended and I was. It wasn’t that the other characters encouraged them because most didn’t. It was that It was included in the novel at all. I am a senior woman who enjoys seeing handsome men and remembering good sex but I would never behave so disrespectfully.
I did not like it in the first book in…

Lisa Borm’s novella Religion of the Trees is not what I had envisioned when I picked it up. But these four short stories that are tied together in that all the characters live on Harding Street.

Millicent, now an old woman, has an affinity for the trees, they offer her rejuvenation, vitality and a deep connection to life. She repays them by taking care of them, helping the young trees grow and, on the day, that a new baby is born on Harding Street, in the dark of night she plants a young tree on the families’ property. This tree grows with the child, bonds and helps the child find their path toward adulthood.

Ms. Borm has written these four short stories in such a way as to take this reader into the depth and breadth of the lives the…
