I just received my Joyful Inspirations card deck, and I love it. It’s a deck of beautiful art cards with happy inspirational quotes. The cards are quite a bit larger than playing cards, and they’re nicely made. The beautiful artwork is by artist/illustrator Judy Mastrangelo. The deck comes with a lovely little booklet of inspriations by Frances Munro. The booklet features a lovely cover illustration by Judy Mastrangelo. Inside are images of each of the 45 cards with inspirational writings to go with them. You just shuffle the deck and ask for help, and select a card, then refer to the page for that card and read the inspiring words that go with it. It makes a lovely gift. Most of the illustrations of fairy folk, but there are also angels, cute little animals, or children.

Wow, just wow!!!!!

All I can say is wow! Nothing is so terrible that it can’t get worse! This is the theme that runs through Viral Dawn. Casey, a high school student gets a lesson in this idea when an explosion unleashes a deadly virus into the atmosphere. Her life is on immediate lockdown separated from her family and fighting off zombies!!!! Yes, I said zombies. It will take some serious teamwork from the people she is locked up with to ward off the zombie horde and get to safety. Get ready for action, adventure and get ready to cry a little when things get worse for the group. I really enjoyed this story even though I am not usually a fan of zombie stories. Ms. Lazlow’s storytelling held my interest and made me love the heroes.

I just can’t get enough of Carson Reno!

So far I’ve read all of the Carson Reno books and have enjoyed each one!
I love the way Darnell tells us about the history of Humboldt that is woven into each story.
If you love a good, old-fashioned mystery Darnell’s books are for you!
I highly recommend all of Darnell’s books!

Desiree Scott is a talented author. This is the third Vail Mountain book. Jacob and Connie were attracted to each other and although they both had jobs away from the mountain they came back. Connie is dealing with her almost ex and his mother and Jacob come back to be the new sheriff. When things start to happen to Connie, Jacob is investigating. Read all three books, they are a wonderful series.

An amazing readSeduction, primal yearning in her womanhood despite her hesitation and insecurity, relatable. I was immediately engrossed in the story and by page 22 I was captivated. As much as it is a romantic piece, it’s also witty. I laughed while being turned on. The only thing I would change is that it’s too short. I wanted more. Oh well, I’ll just have to read Angela’s novel, Chasing Dreams. 🙂 So glad I already purchased it and I can’t wait to read it.

Another amazing book from Kauffman! This series is quickly becoming one of my favorites! Cat is witty and brave, and these events that unfold really highlight her character! I think Cat is developing into such a great leading lady. This book had me on the edge of my seat, and I’m excited about had the next one!

This is the second book in the Emlyn Goode Mystery series. It can be read as a stand-alone, but why miss out on the excitement of the first book?I love Emyln’s thought process. Her imagination tends to run away from her at the drop of a hat. Unfortunately, she tends to meander down dark roads into the terrifying abyss. She’s lucky to have her friend Rebecca and her unusual feline, Elvira, to help bring her back to reality.

In this story, fates are tempted and the past has returned to haunt the residents of The Falls. More murders. Are these cases tied to an unsolved murder from 42 years ago? How can Emlyn figure out what happened before she was even born?

I love the excitement and adventure found in this series. I enjoy following along as Emlyn pieces together clues to solve the mysteries. They are well-written clean reads. I look forward to the next case Emlyn comes across.
