Carol Cassada
Want more from Charlie and Clarisse
Charlie is a teen, who is about to go on a trip with his parents before he heads off to college. One minute Charlie’s preparing for his trip, the next he’s meeting the mysterious Clarisse, who is an angel. Clarisse takes Charlie on a journey to show him the world and give him a lesson in good and evil with the Light Angels and the Dark Angels. As their journey comes to an end, Charlie must decide whether to stay with Clarisse or return to his parents.
I loved Charlie and Clarisse’s characters, I thought they were cute together and I liked how she responded to Charlie’s questions as they went about their journey. As the end came to a near, I got a little emotional as Charlie had to make his difficult decision.
The book was a quick and easy read. I thought the author did a good job with this first book in the series and she leaves you wanting more. I’m looking forward to reading the next volume in the series to see what awaits Charlie and Clarisse.

Absolutely amazing
She did it again, she drew me into the book. I could not put it down. This woman is an amazing writer. I seriously can’t get enough of her.
I chose this rating because it’s a great book.
I would strongly suggest anyone who reads to read this book but you have to read Falling first. I fell in love with Greg and Cass. And so will you!!!

Since her husband’s death, Tricia Adams had been fighting to keep a roof over their heads. With the help of the Grandmothers Four, she’d finally gotten everything under control. She was happier and more comfortable than she’d been in years.
When Carol’s son, Eric Elliott, agreed to help renovate the guest house, she soon learned she was missing something in her life.
However, the dashing and handsome man held a bowl full of secrets and complications, and falling in love was not on her to-do list.

This is a great short tale with a wonderful feel to it. Follow Milo, a mild-mannered man as he walks through life. Thinking of his wife and their relationship. he repeats “I’ve done nothing, no, nary nothing” readers are going to be surprised as they learn just what is the meaning behind the words and the true story of the life of the Elek’s, husband and wife. Michael Bussa has a way with a short story that is unique and a pleasure to find.

The Minter
And Tassta realizes she is falling in love with him
In Blood Master by Kirsten Campbell, Atlanta has been completely leveled by an earthquake, rendering Underground Atlanta a refuge shelter. The displaced people who have survived the devastation of the earthquakes, the Death Plague, and the Clover Virus are forced to forage for supplies. Tassta and her brother Penn are on a raid to locate supplies for the Brotherhood Fortress, a unit of resistance against the cruel Guild Faction, when they encounter Griffin Storm. Griffin is the only known albino left, all the others having died in the Guild Faction’s experiments. As they take Griffin in (he was injured in the raid), they come to realize that he may be the one prophesized to defeat the Guild Faction. And Tassta realizes she is falling in love with him. Griffin is torn between staying at the Brotherhood Fortress with Tassta or returning to the Underground to the children in his care and his best friend, Waylene. Things become more complicated when Griffin begins to undergo a ‘transformation.’
Ms. Campbell’s ability to develop characters is incredible. She makes you want to pull the characters out of the book and talk with them. Griffin is without a doubt the single most sympathetic character I have ever encountered in a novel. He goes through all kids of hell, including a “dipping” experiment at the Guild Faction and the Death Plague. The poor guy just wants a regular life! Is that too much to ask for? And just when you think things might finally start to settle down for him, he starts to “transform.” Why, oh why, can’t he just have a normal life with the woman he loves? He has certainly earned it. The reader will root for Griffin and Tassta the whole way, and can’t help but hope things turn out well for them.
This book also has a completely satisfying ending that makes you want to read the next book, which I will get to very soon! I will never be able to go to Atlanta again without thinking of Griffin and Tassta.

KNIGHTS OF DESTRUCTION E KAY SIMS
I loved Eve of Destruction, but this was a fabulous sequel! There was action, intrigue, humor and a hot steamy romance. Wyatt and Kat have found each other but they must go up against some nasty characters on a mission to save a kidnapped Dr. Marda. I really enjoyed the novel and I loved Gen who is basically Siri on steroids. If you are looking for a fast paced, edge of your seat read. Knights of Destruction is that book! 5 gold cyborgs
