Wow – still so many things coming that I am not sure who is good and who isn’t. There is still so much at play, and I am left wondering what is going to happen as there are so many different possibilities!
This is a great series, and I love the whole idea on whose side Karma is really on.

I found this book to be very interesting. It incorporates many fun topics like ghosts, murder, love story, time travel, and of course, Texas Rangers. The deeper story is that of love in healing. I could not put the story down and had to complete it to see how it wrapped up. The writing was such that I found myself fully engaged in the story and hoping that things were going to work out for the “good guys”. With the backdrop of murder, I found myself incredibly anxious through the entire work. This is a really good read. There were some unfulfilled characters and sub-plots that I look forward to hearing about in coming works.

My cat JJ took note and will probably use some of these methods on her human dad and me. It was well written with a sense of humor and from the cat’s point of view. A recommended read for all cats and humans alike. I give it 5 paws for an entertaining read.

Wow, this isn’t my usual genre so I wasn’t expecting such a roller-coaster of emotions, I loved this book! Some great twists and suspense along with a lovely romance, I even shed a few tears at one point … and I don’t cry!
Elaine (Lainey) tries to keep herself hidden from her stepdad. Jackson (Jax) the schools’ basketball heartthrob takes an instant shine to the quiet reserved nerdy girl who tries to keep herself to herself and hide under her big glasses and baggy clothes. On the night of their first date everything changes for Elaine, can she now keep herself hidden and safe?
Whilst this is a fairly short read, I still connected well with Lainey and Jax. I’ve only dropped my rating a little as the story is told throughout in dual POV, which I personally found annoying as each time it recapped on the same story. However, this doesn’t really distract from the fact this is a really great read and I’d definitely recommend.

Where is part three?
Excellent follow-up to Blood Phase G.O.D.s Series #1!!!! The character development from the first story to the new addition is seamless. You can feel Griffin’s attachment to Tassta has grown deeper. I cannot wait to see where the character’s go in the third installment of this series!!! I recommend reading the 1st book in the series as to understand the concepts and backstory of the main characters.

I really enjoyed this novella. It was fast-paced and had some surprises I sure didn’t see coming. Even though it was a shorter book than I normally read, I was impressed with the entire storyline. I look forward to the next two in this series.
