I hate to say goodbye to these characters!

I loved this whole series! A few questions still remain. How did her mom know how bad it was? What will happen to her brother, the boys in the band, the FBI agents, the leader of the Scorpions, and her best friend? There is so much room here for a second series finishing up the stories which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5! I hope the author will consider it! This could easily be a 20 book series and I’d read every one of them!

Never A Dull Moment!

Love it! Samantha Jacobey continues to amaze me. She’s written a character who keeps me on the edge of my seat book after book and wondering what kind of trouble Tori will get herself into next.
How can a reader not cheer for a heroine who has been through so much? I am absolutely dreading the end of this series!

Indelible by Samantha Jacobey is the fifth book in The New Life Series. This book picks up where Exposed left off. Tori has been trying to settle into her new life. She now has Michael by her side, and some of the questions from her past have been answered. This now brings a new set of problems for Tori. She now has a brother that is a rock star, and he has seen her play the guitar and wants her to join the band. But Tori’s fears keep her from seeing how good she really is. Michael just wants things to go back to the way they were. She wants to settle down and have a normal life since she was robbed of one as a child. But just when you think things are going good, she is thrown into yet another set of problems. Can Tori and Michael’s relationship really last when she gets unexpected news that someone from her past is in needs her help? I have loved this whole series so far and can’t wait to see what Samantha has in store for the next book.

Keeps Getting More Interesting!

I love this series. Why more people haven’t discovered this gem is beyond me. Just when you think you’ve got it figured out, you realize that the only thing you know is that you don’t know anything at all. The suspense is killing me! Non-stop action. Plot twists. Hot sex. What’s not to love?

Tori returns to her darker, diabolical alter-ego in this installment. If she didn’t seem to fall in love so frequently, I’d really think she was a sociopath incapable of feelings for others. While she seems to fall in love with numerous men, moving from one to the next without any break in between them, it seems to work for her character. Usually, this would be extremely off-putting for me and I’d quickly grow tired of the fickleness, giving up on the series. In this case, it just works and her feelings for each of these men feels genuine.

Maybe when the mystery is solved and this series has come to a close, Ms. Jacobey can do some sort of polygamist story where Tori gets to keep ALL of her men! I’m thinking it would be a nice change-up for the usual chauvinistic male-dominant polygamy storylines. Tori’s such a badass it would be believable. I’m thinking something reminiscent of HBO’s ‘Big Love’. Seriously, it would be awesome! Just think about it Ms. Jacobey. LOL. 😉

WOW !!!!! Not what I was expecting !

SO after reading and loving both Captive and bound I thought that I had a good sense of where Entwined was going. I could not have been more wrong, and that my friends is why I love the writing of Miss Jacoby. She keeps me engrossed in her amazing stories that are always fresh and new and never boring.
This installment of Tori’s story has just sucked me in even further and raised the bar for other stories. Entwined has reaffirmed that Tori is tough as nails, smart, and resourceful, while allowing Tori to grown and redefine herself. This novel brings so much more depth to Tori, and kept me invested even more than the previous novels. Samantha has introduced Michael into the story and god love him he is a good guy, which is new for Tori – Samantha wrote with amazing detail and flourish bringing the reader insight into Tori’s internal war that she struggles with having this new person in her life. One that has now given her new direction. But it seems that Tori’s broken soul has a few more hurdles to overcome since everyone is as invested with her as the readers are. I can not wait until the next installment to find out just what happens next !!!!!

The series only gets better

Bound is the second book in the “A New Life Series” by Samantha Jacobey.

Tori has been sent to LA to pend six months in a half way house and to learn to live a normal life. Through out this book she recalls her life with the dragon and struggles to be with people.

You really feel for her as Tori try’s to fit into a normal life, and through her mentors gain skills we take for granted

She still doesn’t want to get close to people for she fears they will get hurt because of her.

Ghost from Tori’s past come back to haunt her, and her fears for being found have come true. So what can she do? The only thing she can do is run….

Though Bound is not as dark and heart wrenching as book 1, you are still captivated by Tori’s story and eagerly read on to see where it will all lead to.

Amazing!

Samantha really captures your interest in the beginning and holds it through to the end. Your heart breaks for Tori as you learn how tough her life has been and yet you are so excited for her as she begins to break from her shell and allows good things to happen for her. This is a must read book!!

I absolutely love this series!!

Jacobey makes fiction feel so real which is what I love about her books!
In this book, we learn so much more about Karma and Father and where they actually came from.
Charlie and Clarisse are married and happy but Charlie still feels like something is wrong, but doesn’t know if it’s Karma or Father causing the trouble.
You need to read the first five books to really appreciate this one and I highly recommend this series.

Loving Karma!
This is part of the Summer Spirit Novellas and needs to be read in order.
As Charlie continues to work with Karma, he begins to learn who he can trust and who he can’t as both friend and foe begin to return and he questions which side he is really on.
Wow – still so many things coming that I am not sure who is good and who isn’t. There is still so much at play, and I am left wondering what is going to happen as there are so many different possibilities!
This is a great series, and I love the whole idea on whose side Karma is really on.

Meeting Karma!
This series is a continuation of the Summer Spirit Novellas.
Charlie has unfortunately managed to get into some trouble after witnessing a crime and has a choice of going to jail or being sentenced to a rehab program for community service under the control of Ms. Karma Kapoor.
But soon Charlie realizes that Karma has her own agenda, and he must do what he can know one day he may finally reach Clarisse unless others have control over his future.
Wow – this was not was I was expecting! It is so funny how we use the term “Karma’s a b*tch” when something happens but then Ms.Jacobey writes a book about it, and it is so great to see the truth behind it.
I’ve always had such a soft spot for Charlie and the fact that he honestly cares and that is why he is in the situation he is in. Yet when he chooses working for Karma over jail, he has no idea what he is getting into.
I loved meeting all the other “forgotten angels,” and I can’t wait to see what happens between everyone. There is so much potential for so many things to happen and tons of tension!
