Hauntingly Good

I really enjoyed this story of Sesame writing letters to her sister Eula as she tells her about her failing health and about the strange happenings with the new tenants downstairs. I knew where things were headed with Sesame a while before we got there but the big twist at the ending I could never have seen. I’ve truly enjoyed all of Michael Bussa’s work and this is no different. Awesome as ever.

I received this book for free at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Wow! This was such a great story and a great author! I bought another of his book when I was done with this one and it was just as engrossing. He is a master of drawing you in.
I have definitely found a new favorite. I will be keeping an eye out for whatever Mr. Bussa writes in the future. I highly recommend this!

Great short story with a unique twist.

If you are a fan of the twilight zone, you need to pick up the many books by Michael Bussa. He is a storyteller with a mind that is a bit twisted but in a delightful way. Step into ‘Antiques by Lora’ a special gift shop. That’s what Tony Price did and now his life will never be the same. The author takes readers on a great journey into the macabre in such a great story with a fantastic twisted ending. As always, grabbing a book by this author is like settling down and telling horror stories in front of a raging fire with an old friend and always well worth that trip.

This story is early Victorian set in England, following the life of a young, poor girl. I won’t spoil the story – but it has its share of twists to keep your attention to the end.

Dark and funny!
As I read “Ending in V” I pictured two actors in a Hitchcock fashion TV show. It was fantastic!
I felt Gideon was justified in what he planned even though I do not know why he actually felt that way. Bussa’s writing did not need it! He expertly showed the anger Gideon had, and that was enough.
I highly recommend this fascinating short story!

Explosive Use Of Power

This is an awesome tale of political intrigue and mad power run amok. I really really enjoyed this story. The president has devised a plan for all death row inmates is all that can really be said without spoiling the story in any way. I most definitely recommend this tale. A pure entertaining 5 stars and one that sticks with you as well.
