Another brilliant read!
I couldn’t stop reading once I began. Cat is such a vivacious character and yet a little sneaky here. I am ready for the book in this series and do believe I may start over with the first in this series! I love the characters and the descriptions and places in Ohio. Reminiscent of earlier days.

Another winner!!!
Ride or Die is the second book in the Nice Ink series, though it can be read as a standalone. All of the featured characters from the first book play a role is this book too. The two main characters, Derek and Flynn actually met in the first book. Although Derek showed an interest in Flynn from their first meeting, Flynn’s feelings were not known. In Ride or Die, we find out that Flynn returns Derek’s interest, but won’t act on it, for reasons of his own. Despite not receiving much of an encouragement, Derek doesn’t want to give up on Flynn and manages to get a first date with him. That goes well and they form a relationship. Flynn is still reluctant though, but Derek, suspecting something troubling in Flynn’s past, decides to be patient. Only time will tell if his patience will prove fruitful. It was great to see all of the characters returning and their interactions with each other. Like the first book, there is a lot of humour and good-natured ribbing going on between the characters.

Good detail and character development.
Dang. I had never read a zombie book like this, but I was so surprised at how it was written. To this author… Are you sure you aren’t a zombie? Lolol The storyline was excellent and so much detail. Characters were amazing.

Way out of my normal reading but WOW I didn’t want to put it down – amazing
Man o Man can you say WTF. This is just book 1 we are in for a crazy, intense, hold on to your device type of ride. LOL
Wow, how to summarize what I read…
To wake up in a hospital, not knowing how you got there, having people talk around you that you don’t know.
After waking up and getting released from the hospital Tori finds herself in a mental institute for recovery while the FBI does what they want. Tori begins to trust one FBI agent who comes to see her often, Eli, they grow a relationship where she trusts him.
She has a meeting with the FBI and tells them her story and gives them information of the people holding her and gives them locations on a map of places she knows of from the crimes she knows of.
FBI decides that they are not going to be completely honest with her and declares her a minor, she knows its not true but has no way to prove it. She is put in a half way house in California for 6 months before being deemed an emancipated minor.
WOW you need to read the book, there are just some details that can not be describe and get the same feelings as when you read them.

Finding her niche in the beauty world was a long road for Quanda Jarvis, until a world-famous actress changed that course for the better.
Soon after, Quanda eloped with personal security guard John Hudson, but John showed his wife he was not the man he presented himself to be.
John and Quanda divorced, and to Quanda, attorney Daniel Warner was seen for more than his expert legal advice. He quickly shows her she was never in love until she opened up to him.
Daniel was a handsome, successful man of faith, who took a vow of celibacy in college. He promised God he wouldn’t make love with another woman until marriage and had kept that promise for seventeen years.
Temptation plagues Daniel and Quanda, and it becomes a daily fight not to cave to the attraction, while John Hudson waits in the distance, plotting to keep them apart, and not only in bed. John has a need with Quanda and is determined to make her fulfill it.
