Viv Drewa is a Michigan native who has enjoyed reading and writing since 1963. Though she studied medicinal chemistry at the University of Michigan, her passion has always been writing. She had been awarded third place for her nonfiction short story about her grandfather's escape from Poland. Later, she rewrote this story and was published in the "Polish American Journal" as "From the Pages of Grandfather's Life" and has republished it on Amazon.com as a short story. Viv took creative and journalism courses to help in her transition to fulfill her dream of becoming a writer. She worked as an intern for Port Huron's 'The Times Herald", and also wrote, edited and did the layout or the Blue Water Multiple Sclerosis newsletter "Thumb Prints." She also has a business promoting authors. Owl and Pussycat Book Promotions. Viv, her husband Bob and their cat Princess, live in Port Huron, Michigan.

Great start to the series.

This was a really fun and fast read. It kept me hooked and not wanting to stop until the end. It does start off slow but the authors building a lot of backstories which is really nice. A lot of reviews are saying its too short but that really isn’t the problem. Its the first book in the series and it’s over 200 pages. The problem is you get to the end of this one and you want book 2 so you can know what happens next.

The character building in this story is amazing. You really get to know Casey and feel for her. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who’s a fan of zombie novels. YA or not its a great story. I cant wait to see where the rest of the series goes.

Murder and Mystery!-Wonderful.

Justifiable Homicide by Gerald Darnell made me enjoy my leisure time and I love this tale. Gerald has his own unique way of revealing the mystery and I love how this one has been composed. This was a very engaging and mind gripping read for me. Combined with murder and mystery the tales runs through an investigation making the reader feel the heat and depth of it. Well developed characters which are included contributions to the main plot and I recommend this narration for others as well.

A Good Story

I’ve really enjoyed this series of books. Desiree Scott is a talented author. This is the third Vail Mountain book. Jacob and Connie were attracted to each other and although they both had jobs away from the mountain they came back. Connie is dealing with her almost ex and his mother, and Jacob comes back to be the new sheriff. When things start to happen to Connie, Jacob is investigating. Read all three books, they are a wonderful series.

I really enjoyed this book by Carol Ann Kauffman. Romance at it’s finest! It is hard enough to find the right person for you out there, but two?
Daisy is a city girl, Chicago, working hard and living her life. Talking to her friend about the perfect man, they both giggle. Daisy walked out onto the street to be greeted by a mugger. Daisy took him down swinging. All of a sudden a man helps her out and he is that perfect man they were talking about. They fell in love with each other on the spot.
Cooper is a person short of being a gangster. He does not kill people, just take them for all they are worth for his clients. For some reason, that doesn’t bother Daisy at first, but when his life is in danger and she overhears a man talking about the real Cooper and what he does, she leaves.
Daisy is now back in the town she first lived in and has a good job, a nice house, and is very happy, sort of. One of the town men tries to be friends with her just as she gets bad news from Chicago. What Daisy doesn’t know, is that she is being spied on.
It all comes down to where she has to decide between the city guy or the country guy? Which one does she pick? Which one would you pick?

Beautiful addition to the Never Lands Saga
Andi Lawrencovna writes such beautiful books, they’re almost like reading poetry. Forevermore is no exception. With a dark, romantic story, and a high-stakes adventure, Ms. Lawrencovna has added another beautiful addition to the Never Lands Saga. I’d definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves fantasy books.
PS It really isn’t necessary to read the other Never Lands books, as Forevermore can definitely be read as a standalone novel.

I wasn’t too sure about the way it started though. I think the beginning could have been written differently. Also, it could have done with a little more detail thought the book. There were some parts that had me feeling like I had missed something.

Other than that I loved Jamie, her family, Aunt Ruth, and Cameron.

Love without prejudice

Although this book is a standalone, it is more enjoyable if you read the first 3 books in the New Beginnings series. The hero, Ken, was introduced in the first New Beginnings book, while the heroine, Cassandra, is a new character. Ken is blind and the author does a good job of both showing the challenges a blind person may face, without invoking any feelings of pity. Both characters are likable and their relationship unfolds naturally.
